Inspired by Pixels 2 Pages Janice Gilhooley. Flatten your photo. In the Cut and Fill Ribbon, select the Custom Cutting tool and the curved path. Trace around your image that you want to keep. Make sure that the shaded area covers that section and select Copy the shaded area. Select the photo on the bottom layer, go to Format, select Filters, select Swirl and apply a full rotation of 720. To make your image stand out even more, before you group together or flatten, add a heavy shadow and/or 3D effect to make it look like it's coming right off the page!
