Add a photo to a blank page and choose Arrange>flatten. Choose Rectangle cutter from the Cut & Fill ribbon and cut a thin slice from the photo by erasing the shaded area. When you have selected your slice, hold down the shift key and stretch the strip to the full width of the page. Then select copy and paste, arrange>rotate 90 degrees. With this pasted layer still selected, choose Format>opacity and change to 50%. You can get different effects by changing the amount of opacity. Select both elements and arrange>flatten. Right click on your paper to save as content.
