This is inspired by Kerrianne Hobbs from Pixels 2 pages. Start with a white background and add your photo. Go to Format Photos, and select the "accelerate" frame. Edit the frame effects and remove the decorative frame and change the flat mat to white. Give the photo a heavy shadow and flatten. Repeat. Give an additional light shadow in the opposite direction and flatten. Add a large tile in your favorite font. I used "snow blind" from dafont.com. Change the color to white, add heavy shadow, flatten, repeat. Add a swirly embellishemnt, change to white, add heavy shadow, flatten, repeat. Add a text box, change color to white, add light shadow, flatten, repeat.
